Meet Chia, a 6 year old French Bulldog who yesterday helped herself to 60 green grapes and actually... swallowed them whole.

After a very dramatic (and successful) visit to the clinic, those “afternoon snacks” made their return appearance, and Chia is now back home, bright, comfortable and eating well.

Grapes are toxic to dogs, so this was a very close call—but she’s doing great and is now under close supervision (and probably fewer buffet privileges). 💚

Today sweet Matilda gave us quite the scare after sneaking some chewing gum 😳💔 Since many ...gums contain xylitol, which is extremely toxic to dogs, she had an emergency trip to the vet where we had to make her vomit to keep her safe. Thankfully, our brave little fox girl handled it like a champ 🦊❤️

She’s now back home resting, getting lots of cuddles, and being very spoiled 🥺✨

A little reminder to all pet parents: keep gum, candies, and anything containing xylitol well out of reach of curious pups! It can become an emergency very quickly.
